Need help with RapidShare

I am hoping maybe someone can help me.
I have had RapidShare for years never had a problem,
would upload and convert points for free months never worrying about anything else
until recently. now they atarted the TrafficShare which is part of it I am lost.
i can't convert my points to TrafficShare
i can only use them to extent my account another month.

Just yesterday i tried to download something and got an error message
that showed I exceeeded my TrafficShare limit.

I am lost how to I get more traffic points

this is what I have now after paying annother 45.00 for my TrafficShare
